I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

I just want to say that I am really liking what is going on with Military Fasteners. The prices, the availability of items, the fast shipping. I really like the ease of ordering online. I have been to so many websites that are confusing to say the least, but yours is easy easy to use, clear and simple. I love being able to look up all my past orders and print out the invoices if need be. I am just thoroughly impressed with everything about Military Fasteners.
