Military Fasteners is first on my list for the hard to find items so often associated with Government Projects. Brittany and Michael have always been quick to respond and nothing but professional in every way. I look forward to a continued relationship with Military Fasteners.

With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.

I sent in my online order then within a minute I realized I left off an item. I sent a message that requested an item be added to avoid a second shipping cost. I received a reply the next morning that the item I wanted had been added successfully and my order would be delivered as promised. Keep on keepin' on! Living in Nova Scotia puts me in somewhat of an aviation backwater where getting aviation hardware can be a bit of a nightmare. Military Fasteners resolves most of the angst and dealing with the friendly and helpful staff I find there resolves the rest.
