I've been ordering from Military Fasteners for quite a few years now and have always been completely satisfied with their service. Being not to swift with my laptop, I place my orders by phone and always receive quick response.

I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. I am thankful you have people like her who really care about the customer and want to put in the extra effort for customer service. In my aircraft maintenance business I purchase everything I can first from Military Fasteners before I go looking for other venders. I use Military Fasteners because of the great customer service, free shipping (which is one day ground), large selection on hardware and materials, and competitive prices.
