Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.

In this day and age, it is rare to be impressed by customer service however, Military Fasteners has far exceeded my expectations. Trisha Hawkins and her team at Military Fasteners are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of Government and Military work and due to this there are a ton of restrictions with what products we can use. I called Military Fasteners (MF) with an extremely HOT request. Trisha was able to source those part numbers, tell me they were in stock and ready to ship. I ordered these on a Wednesday at 4:00pm.
