With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.

Ordered on a Monday evening and arrived in New Zealand Friday afternoon. Very good prompt service and the compass was installed on the Saturday after calibration. Thanks Military Fasteners!
