Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. As always, my order was filled accurately and arrived quickly. The one item not in stock in California arrived two days later from another store. Over the years, whether a large order or just a few items,I have received the same quick service. My suggestion? Continue the excellent customer service.
