My new David Clark headset arrived earlier than expected and everything was perfect. Whole order/delivery experience was excellent.

She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.
