With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. Excellent variety, quality, and service. And, small orders are no problem. Military Fasteners is a tinker's delight and a great resource. I also appreciate their using the USPS. So many companies ship UPS only and to Alaska the UPS price is ridiculous. Thank you.
