I called in a hot order that was needed next day. It was already mid afternoon and i had already skipped the deadline for shipments that day. I spoke with Trisha, and she went out of her way to place my order and get it pulled and shipped same day. Thank you Trisha, you are the best.

I was impressed with the speedy delivery of my order and also with the order itself.

I called the customer service line just before Air Venture at Oshkosh to find out if they would have the parts I needed at their booth. The service rep on the phone was very helpful and was able to check the inventory that was taken to Oshkosh.I was told that the parts would not be available but could be shipped from the warehouse without delay. I ordered a full set of intake seals for a Continental 085 on the spot and they arrived in a few days. I am very happy with the service provided, and will be ordering more parts soon! Excellent service all round. The parcel arrived on my doorstep, in a regional Australian town, on the morning of the fifth day after placing my order.
