Trisha Hawkins and her team at Military Fasteners are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of Government and Military work and due to this there are a ton of restrictions with what products we can use. I called Military Fasteners (MF) with an extremely HOT request. Trisha was able to source those part numbers, tell me they were in stock and ready to ship. I ordered these on a Wednesday at 4:00pm. They shipped the same exact Wednesday, we received that weeks Friday, even though we were guaranteed Monday/Tuesday. Trisha - THANK YOU! Trisha's Team - THANK YOU! I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. I am thankful you have people like her who really care about the customer and want to put in the extra effort for customer service. In my aircraft maintenance business I purchase everything I can first from Military Fasteners before I go looking for other venders. I use Military Fasteners because of the great customer service, free shipping (which is one day ground), large selection on hardware and materials, and competitive prices. I am a loyal customer and I order 2-3+ times a week. Thank you for the great service that your people provide at Military Fasteners.

I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job

Ive been buying aircraft parts and supplies from Military Fasteners for 3 years as Ive built four different homebuilt aircraft. I have ALWAYS been perfectly satisfied with all facets of the process. Parts are almost always shipped the same day as I order them, even if I order in the afternoon. Im usually always able to find what i need on the website, and if not, I can call and be helped by someone who knows what he or she is doing. Your people make me feel like they really care about me. Prices are fair. I wish I could run my company as well as you run yours!
