I love your website. Can hardly believe how fast & accurate the orders come. Am building a kit plane, need a lot of small hardware and electrical the past few months. There has not been a mistake in the last dozen orders.

As always, my order was filled accurately and arrived quickly. The one item not in stock in California arrived two days later from another store. Over the years, whether a large order or just a few items,I have received the same quick service. My suggestion? Continue the excellent customer service.

When I call to order parts, your training and customer service of your order takers are the tops.. They understand what I'm looking for and can help me figure out how to order it. I've upgraded my old normal headsets to your reconditioned Bose X General Aviation Noise Cancelling. These are my first Noise Cancelling headsets and we are very pleased...I've come back and purchased 2 more...You are a very professional group! With your shipping location in Atlanta, sometimes, I get things in 1 day or 2 at the most. Thanks.

I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job
