I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! I can say that Military Fasteners was able to deliver the part to me very quickly. I live in a very remote area in the Tennessee mountains and typically have to wait up to two weeks to receive deliveries. Sometimes, the delivery guys cannot find my house at all, and they have to leave my packages at the local general store. But with Military Fasteners, my packages always find my front door step and in great condition. This package arrived nearly a week earlier than expected, and that was over the New Years holiday! Products are military grade MIL-SPEC as advertised. I was able to locate #10 locking counter-sunk nutplates when ALL other locations, including Aircraft-Spruce, could not supply.
