Trisha Hawkins and her team at Military Fasteners are absolutely incredible. We do a lot of Government and Military work and due to this there are a ton of restrictions with what products we can use. I called Military Fasteners (MF) with an extremely HOT request. Trisha was able to source those part numbers, tell me they were in stock and ready to ship. I ordered these on a Wednesday at 4:00pm. They shipped the same exact Wednesday, we received that weeks Friday, even though we were guaranteed Monday/Tuesday. Trisha - THANK YOU! Trisha's Team - THANK YOU! Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched. Easy to track the package online. By comparison I ordered some items from another supplier 3 months ago and I'm still waiting, with no apologies or communication emanating from them to explain the delay.
As usual, great stock and always have the difficult-to-find parts. Also, super fast purchase. Great experience.
