I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. I have built an airplane with parts from Military Fasteners. In the last years I have only had one issue involving warranty problems and that was resolved by the factory. Good service and quality parts/availability are very good at Military Fasteners.

With ordering parts, I was assisted by Trisha. Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. When receiving the items, there was a small discrepancy. I contacted Trisha to let her know, and not only did she and another professional, Paige, work with me right there to rectify the situation. They made sure I received new items in a timely manner, at no extra cost. Taking accountability and being serious in keeping with their high standard product has my respect and future business.
