I have built an airplane with parts from Military Fasteners. In the last years I have only had one issue involving warranty problems and that was resolved by the factory. Good service and quality parts/availability are very good at Military Fasteners.

Parts were described exactly as received. Delivered exactly as promised. I was treated better than could have been expected. Give a 5.5 stars out of 5.

Have to tell you that you have the best in Brittany Cornish. She is always the most help in getting our ordered placed as soon as we send it in and always on time delivery. She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order. We only wish all of our Vendors that we deal with on a daily basis were as wonderful as she is. Her personality is bar none.

Your staff is courteous and well informed about your product line. Your inventory is excellent and competitively priced. The shipment always arrives as advertized and the boxes are well packed. I will continue to order my aircraft supplies from military fasteners
