I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! I had ordered the wrong spark plugs and didn't notice until the day I was changing them. Spoke to a very helpful customer service person who walked me through the RMA process. New plugs arrived in 2 days and the refund was applied as soon as AS received the returned product. I've been using AS for over 25 years and have always been impressed with the service.
