I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

I have been using Military Fasteners and have always had great service. Just this week I realized late in the day that we needed another part and I was able to add it to the order I had placed that morning.
