I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. I am thankful you have people like her who really care about the customer and want to put in the extra effort for customer service. In my aircraft maintenance business I purchase everything I can first from Military Fasteners before I go looking for other venders. I use Military Fasteners because of the great customer service, free shipping (which is one day ground), large selection on hardware and materials, and competitive prices. I just want to say that I am really liking what is going on with Military Fasteners. The prices, the availability of items, the fast shipping. I really like the ease of ordering online. I have been to so many websites that are confusing to say the least, but yours is easy easy to use, clear and simple. Excellent variety, quality, and service. And, small orders are no problem. Military Fasteners is a tinker's delight and a great resource. I also appreciate their using the USPS. So many companies ship UPS only and to Alaska the UPS price is ridiculous. Thank you.
