I've never received an incorrect order from ACS, even when dealing with small hardware such as nuts, washers, screws, etc. Shipment is always fast and with reasonable shipment prices for my needs. I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.
